Refund Policy

For prepaid service packages, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase if no substantial work has begun. Once discovery, design, development, or other billable effort has started, refunds are limited to any unused, unconsumed portion of fees, net of costs incurred. Custom deliverables, digital downloads, or time-and-materials work are non-refundable unless required by law.

Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises, contact us first so we can attempt to resolve it informally within 30 days. If unresolved, the matter shall be submitted to the competent courts specified under “Governing Law & Jurisdiction”. You agree not to initiate chargebacks without first engaging in good-faith resolution with us.
